Positive thinking is the key to success because it keeps you motivated and changes your attitude towards your problems occurring in life. This thing might look funny to some people how thinking can change a person's attitude and can change his or her point of view toward any problem. As per your brain controls your thinking and reaction towards any problem or questions. So when you a positive mindset then your brain will be in controlled emotions and help you react softly and gently. Things required to be a positive thinker
Being a negative thinker you will have a fear that what if I can't succeed or what if I fail even if you have a hard belief in yourself. You will always be worried and afraid of taking a risk for the things in life and giving a new start to life. You will never have control of emotions and on your thinking, you will get confused and ask for help from everyone. Having positive thinking is good but you should not force yourself to have positive thinking for everything in life. You should have fear, anger, and other emotions too because everything has their values and requirement in life. We all have listened very much about meditation but today I m going to tell you the benefits and proper way of doing meditation.
Meditation is the basic exercise for the mind which helps our mind to lose all the anxiety, stress, and tensions and feel free. Meditation is very much effective for people who always feel tensed, worried, or have headaches on regular basis due to some tension and all other reason. Anyone of us can do meditation at any place as it doesn't require any type of equipment or any special place to do it. Meditation has been practicing for thousands of years ago by our saints and monks for a better understanding of life and for discovering mystical forces in the world. But nowadays people do it for the relaxation of mind and giving some rest to the mind so it can be relaxed for some time as it never stopped working since birth. During meditation, your body removes all the jumbled and extra thoughts that are coming into your mind and will give your mind a relaxed feel so you can focus on one thing. And these free feel will not over by the end of your session it will last for 3 to 4 days after your session and will help you for a better focus and understanding. Meditation helps us to overcome many diseases like High blood pressure, Irritable bowel syndrome, Sleep problems, Tension headaches, Anxiety, Asthma, Cancer, Chronic pain, Depression, and Heart disease. These are some of the tested diseases which can be cured or get some good results with the help of meditations. Most of the scientist believes that we can not conclude the results of mediation as it helps us in too many things. Points to keep in mind while doing yoga You should have a focused vision while doing meditation. You should have relaxed breathing which should be slowly inhaled and exhaled so the body will feel free. You should sit in a comfortable position while doing meditation. Try to get a quiet surrounding for the meditation for a better focus. Try these things and never judge your skills too quickly as meditation is not an easy tactic for all. In starting it will take time to understand the basic and the correct but once you will get used to it then it will become easy for you to do it at any place. 9/11/2020 0 Comments The power of your tongueThe tongue has enough power that it can make or destroy the relations of humankind.
A person with a good tongue will be loved by everyone and a person with a harsh tongue will be hated by us. So this is very important for all of us to elaborate our wordings in such a way that it will be loved by everyone, not they will start hating you because of your tongue. If you are speaking the truth directly it may hurt others so this is very important for us to have control over our tongue or it will destroy all your relations. Just imagine if you having a debate with anyone and you can't control your tongue then you may utter some words that can hurt the others and it will lead to the destruction of the feeling in others heart for you. Just remember one thing that your words can change the world for you and your whole life is controlled over your tongue. Sometimes when you know each other but then also they get hurt by your words or jokes because the way you utter them is the biggest reason that how they will understand that. Just imagine if you are the well-wisher for someone but you don't know how to wrap up your words than it can leads by hurting them. So this is very important for us to keep our tongue in control especially when you are angry or hurt. You should listen more to other than you speak because if you will speak less than others will try to understand your point and it will create less chance to hurt them. Just wait for the perfect time to speak because every word and expression has its own time to get uttered as it will create more values of your word. Try to be soft even if you are angry because a soft voice can kill the anger of others and will give a new look to your conversation. Try to do less gossip as this will make very much misunderstanding and misinterpretation of your words and the feeling with you want to say. Never speak anything wrong and try to be clear and talk point to point without creating much gossip and spices to the talk. Management courses, such as MBA, are highly preferred by the students, who want to enter the corporate. As the world has turned upside down due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, many of us are desperately yearning for a respite from the uncertainty, upheaval, and anxiety brought about by it. We’re longing to calm down our stressed-soaked inner chatter and soothe our frayed nerves. We’re craving to release our physical, emotional, and mental tension. We’re yearning for a genuine breather, a break from the gamut of responsibilities and the reality that many things have changed. Many of the things we love and have relied on for comfort, soothing, and healing are no longer an option. In short, every one of us can benefit from a week (or month) long vacation. But since this isn’t possible for most of us, we can focus on what is engaging in small activities and practices that help us to unwind throughout the day. You’ll find these ideas below. Set a timer for 10 minutes, and brainstorm other ways you can chill out in small windows of time. WALK BAREFOOT Walking in the grass, sand, dirt, or soil can help you to connect to the calming and nourishing energy of the earth, since our bodies are made of similar elements of the earth—such as water, air— and walking barefoot are ways you can restore yourself mindfully. RELISH EVERYDAY BEAUTY Allow yourself to be curious about the beautiful things you see on a regular basis. For example, observe a flower’s petals or touch them to see how they feel. Watch the clouds pass, imagining yourself jumping from one to the next. Listen to the outdoor and indoor sounds of the morning. Feel the warmth of your little one’s hands. TAKE TEN DEEP BREATHS Count each breath on the inhale. Also, keep your exhales several seconds longer than your inhales. PRACTICE CO-REGULATION This is simply holding hands with friend or partner who is calm and relaxed to help you tune into their energy. Think of someone you feel comfortable with, who has a soothing voice and gentle, calming manner. MASSAGE YOUR HANDS Washing your hands, applying hand cream, and massaging the palm of each hand and fingers for about 20 seconds each can help break up any stale, congested energy while increasing your breathing. Notice when you massage your hands, your breath tends to get deeper in the lower abdomen area (and lungs) where your calming nerves are. Massaging your feet is also a great way to ease tension. MASSAGE YOUR TEMPLES If you can afford, apply lavender essential oil to your index and middle fingers. Then moving clockwise massage your temples. To enhance your relaxation, put on some spa-like or nature sounds, classical music, or your favourite relaxing tunes. PRACTICE SAVASANA During this corpse pose, close your eyes and picture any thoughts that arise as autumn leaves traveling down the river. You also might move from your feet to your head, tensing and relaxing different muscle groups as you make your way from bottom to top. PLAY WITH PAINT Use any paint you have on hand, and grab a canvas or thick piece of paper. Instead of focusing on creating a specific image, simply glide your paintbrush from left to right, right to left. Or get out any art supplies you have and simply start doodling or sketching, cutting or gluing. Unwinding will look different for everyone. And the strategies that help you relax will differ depending on the day and the extent of your anxiety or stress levels. So explore and experiment. Play around with an assortment of techniques, noting what helps and what doesn’t. Ultimately, don’t judge yourself for needing rest or comfort. Don’t criticize yourself for needing to slow down and take a break. Incorporate small, soothing activities into your everyday, so they become small, soothing rituals that help you to relax and refresh. Financial knowledge is very essentially required as a skill in any manager of the 21st century. Managers should understand the financial implications of their decisions and how to use financial information to improve their company's performance. And undoubtedly, financial inclusion is a part of it.
Financial Inclusion means any method of providing banking services and financial solutions to everyone without discrimination. So we can conclude that when we try to include every individual of the society by providing them basic financial services without checking their personal income or savings, it is nothing but financial inclusion only. Only middle and high classes of the society used to avail all the credit facilities earlier and people with lower income were asked to go for informal and substandard forms of credit. Most of them were uneducated without the basic knowledge about finance so they got cheated by the rich people of the society very easily The government of India is using UPI (Unified Payment Interface), National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT),Immediate Payment Service (IMPS) to make digital financial transactions in the current scenario. Private companies also trying to contribute in financial inclusion through different initiatives. They are planning and implementing different projects particularly for the low-income groups of peoples like E- Sagar by ITC,HaryaliKisan Bazaar by DCM etc. Role of FinTech in Financial inclusion We as an individuals are also using fintech options like digital payment systems, electronic wallets. People from rural and urban areas are using above innovative and easy to learn options of banking. Also those who are not able to use theses independently are trying to learn and use them. To keep our management students updated, here at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida, we organized a national conference on FinTech, where we invited guests from the academic and corporate world, who shared their knowledge, views and real life experience with the students. |
